Thank you to all of our patients for your patience and we are hoping you are all staying safe! Jason Kenney is starting to implement the reopening phase of the economy and we have been given the go ahead to open BUT we have to wait until our association gives us the go ahead. We are still doing emergencies and will resume regular services as soon as we can open safely. We will keep you updated as to our opening date as soon as we know. We cant wait to see you all!!

To all our wonderful patients; the ADA and the Health order of Alberta has said that we are only allowed to see emergency appointments to keep people out of emergency rooms but nothing else. So if you are in pain, cannot sleep, swollen and arent sure who to contact. Please reach us here or call the office for instructions.

Our office will still be taking emergencies. Tooth aches are miserable. Please call if you need us. Our patients health will still be a priority.

As you may have heard the Alberta Dental Association and College has mandated that all dental personnel that attended the Pacific Dental conference from March 5-7 must self-isolate until March 23, 2020 as they may have been exposed to COVID-19 virus. NO members of the Valley Dental Team attended the conference this year and are open for services. We, as always, follow strict protocols prescribed by the ADA. The safety and well being of our patients, and staff are our number 1 priority.

In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to assure you that we are taking all the necessary precautionary measures further to our strict daily infection control protocol. As it has always been, the safety of our patients and team members remain our highest priority. As we vigilantly monitor the development of the COVID-19 situation, we are utilizing all the precautionary measures provided by Alberta Health Services (AHS), Alberta Dental Association & College, the World Health Organization (WHO), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) to ensure we are still able to provide our patients with the best dental care in a safe environment.
