March 8 is International Women's Day, a global day of recognition celebrating the social, economic, cultural, academic, and political achievements of women and girls as well as a day for raising awareness of the work that’s left to be done. Today, we celebrate the outstanding contributions, past and present, of those who identify as female and pledge to renew discussion about the importance of gender equality in Canada and around the world. McGill Faculty of Education is proud to have an abundance of strong female role models among its instructors, researchers, staff, students, and alumni who continue to inspire us each day. #InternationalWomensDay #FeministRecovery
