Hi folks. It's been a little while since I last posted here. Although there are many changes at the dealership it is still open if you or your family and friends need service. Everything is appointment only obviously and QuikLane is closed for the time being but oil changes and tire changes right to main shop service is available. Please be patient with those that are still there to help you out. This is a new situation for everyone. Thanks. If you need sales help let me know and I'll make sure you are taken care of as well. I have the unfortunate news that, for the time being, I have been layed off from Capital Ford Lincoln. I appreciate that the company handled it as they have and I look forward to returning. As it stands they are still open for business and if there is anything you need just let me know. I can make sure you are taken of proper in this time. Thank you to anyone and everyone that has supported me in the past and I do hope to see you soon.

So Ford, GM, and Fiat Chrysler have temporarily shut production down for the next couple weeks. It makes sense. Also, if you are making payments to Ford Credit and are impacted by COVID 19, you can defer payments by calling 1-877-636-7346. Please share this, as not many may know yet. Stay safe people.

Hi there folks. As of immediately, Capital Ford Lincoln has revised its hours and will be open 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday. I know many of you are working on taking the precautions recommended at this time, as are we at the dealership, but if you are interested in a vehicle at the moment, I will personally sanitize and deliver any unit to you for a test drive if needed. Let me know 24 hours in advance so this can be done properly for you.
