Happy to have sold this nicely renovated West End Condo today. My clients are super excited as first time home buyers purchasing on Nicola Street close to Engli...sh Bay. Just in time for Christmas closing. It was on their first tour and quickly said this is the one after a lot of online reviewing to narrow down to a few top picks. Nice to see a very young couple jump from renting to homeownership and taking advantage such reasonable interest rates. While dropping off some paperwork at the office I opened up some precovid mail at the back of my office mailbox. In an envelope found a congratulations letter and medallion from our head office for being a top realtor in 2019, one of only a handful to achieve Chairman’s Club, for an awesome office group. Brought back fond memories of 2019 and much hope for 2021. As for 2020 no comment . See more
