We are unfortunately yet again facing pressing times as we head back into a lock down. All clients scheduled December 26th and after will be contacted. We will not reschedule at this point in time until we are sure of an opening date. As we head into the holiday season, this time of year is challenging to many. With closures of business’ and not being able to spend time with your loved ones, please be gentle to one another and yourself. I just want to say thank you to every one who has supported us and continues to support us as we try our best to navigate these trying times. Please arrive to your appointment timely, send us a text message when you arrive, and we will greet you. Note that we may ask you to wait outside if our establishment is still at full capacity and that our waiting area is currently closed. Upon arrival you will be asked a safety screening questionnaire. It will be mandatory to use hand disinfecting gel upon entrance. A mask must be worn for the duration of your visit. (if you do not have a mask; we can supply you one at a ...minimal cost) Cancelations policies are being waived during this time for any covid-19 related symptoms, but please be considerate and try to give 24 hrs notice. Please note that the clients must come alone (no escorts, spouse, friend, kids or pets) No outside food or drinks are permitted. All facial treatments including, hair removal of any kind, facials, chemical peels, teeth whitening, and lash lifts are not permitted at this time. See more

We have studied the provincial guidelines and have ensured that not only we meet the standards but also exceeded them wherever we could to enhance the safety of our clientele and our workers while delivering a relaxing and pleasurable visit at our establishment. We have completely sanitized the establishment, all our furniture, equipment, tools and supplies before re-opening and will do a full sanitization routine of the workstation, furniture, tools and implements betw...een each client using hospital grade cleaning products to ensure that safety of each and every one . We will ask each worker and each client to answer the Safe Visit Protocol Questionnaire every day for worker and at every visit for client. Each worker will only service one client at a time; please note that client must come alone (no escort, spouse, friend, kids, pets). Note also that our refreshment services are closed; all magazines have been temporarily removed for your safety. We have installed sneeze guards at the reception desk, at the nail bar and pedicure chairs. We have hand disinfecting gel at the reception desk and at every station, anti-bacterial hand soap at all our handwashing stations and in the restrooms with single use paper or cloth towels. All our team is always going to wear masks ALL DAY and may wear gloves, face shields, protective googles for some services. To respect the capacity limit established by the authorities our establishment capacity will be capped at all time at 5 guests. Our retail area is fully operational, please ask for assistance; our team will prepare you retail order for you and have it ready for pick-up as you leave our premises.
