DERRYDALE ANIMAL HOSPITAL COVID-19 UPDATE: May 1st, 2020 To all our amazing pet owners out there! STAYING SAFE! DOING YOUR PART!... We want you to know that we’re still here for you and your pets during this anxious time. We’ve been able to stay open for our regular hours Mon-Fri 8am-7pm. We’ve been able to practice urgent curb side care and get your pet its essential food and medication. We value all of our clients greatly and appreciate the resilience you have shown in working with us during this ever changing and challenging time. You’ve waited patiently outside in your cars, while your pet is in the clinic for assessment or treatment. You’ve called in with credit card payments and have purchased less food so another pet will not go hungry and you’ve shown kindness in many other ways. It seems that every day brings new information and ways of doing things and we are all doing the best we can to adapt and stay positive. PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING, ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE WAITING OUTSIDE THE CLINIC WITH SEVERAL OTHER CLIENTS. WE ARE STILL REQUIRED TO LOCK OUR DOORS, SO PLEASE CONTINUE TO PHONE UPON ARRIVAL. ONCE WE SPEAK WITH YOU BY PHONE, WE CAN IDENTIFY THE BEST WAY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. (905) 454-1600.
