Graceful Designs 2020 will be closed the rest of February into the middle of March, I do have one customize order that I am working on.. I will be closed for the most part but if you need that customized gift message me I’ll be more then happy to help. While I am closed down from working on items, I am working on getting new machines for my business, one at a time, first is the sublimation printer, after that it’s the T-shirt press, laser engraver etc. I want to offer diffe...rent ways to customize your items!! Soon fire bowls will be back,new ways to customize T-shirts, hats, mugs etc, thing should all be in place for the first start of growing by April 1st no joke lol Stay safe and I’ll talk to you all soon

Hey everyone I’ve had a few returning customers and some new ones over the last few weeks!! I would love to hear everyone’s experience dealing with me, good or bad, what you thought about the item you purchase. I do my best to give my customers a great experience, from pricing to quality products and quick service.... I know for myself l, buying off line is not always a pleasurable experience, sometimes we don’t always get what we thought we where buying or have a great dealing with the owner. I want to give my customers the best experience I can, and if there is anything I need to improve on, I will do my best to make it right.. I do have to say, I’ve had some not so nice customers as well and I do my best to handle the situation professionally. Hi everyone I am so sorry to inform you all but, my back order for the two and three person ornaments came in today and are not what I paid for, they are cardboard not ceramic like in the ad and my previous order as of right not I only have five person ornaments and they are PVC not ceramic all of my four and three person ornaments are sold out for the orders I’ve received as of now. I can’t sell these so I will let you know if they will be available for free once I hear back from the supplier, if I not have to send them back I will be giving them away for free!!! Stay turned if you want one

This year I’m not doing stocking as I find them to small, this year all the kids will be getting new stockings sacks instead!! I hope they will like them first one down four more to go.
