Started day one of demo today. No doubt travertine is timeless but it can also look dated over time when paired with certain materials. People too are looking for new changes something fresh, clean lines, airy especially after living with the same look for a long period of time. We are going to add a steam shower, luxurious tree standing bathtub, updated cabinetry, heated floors etc. For the tile we chose Italian terrazzo to bring the outside inside. This home is in the countryside with lots of open outdoor living space and an open plan. The bathroom is so spacious but has a few challenges to deal with. Stay tuned for more pictures while we work through our Reno.

I’m so glad all the little kids still went out for Halloween despite the difficult times of Covid! My little munchkin dressed as Killer Doll with her daddy and her best friend/cousin. Adorable!!!

Despite the half empty plane, deserted airport, hotel felt creepy with no one in sight, we still had a lovely fall thanksgiving weekend away.
