Our Protocols As we welcome our clients back to our store we would like everyone to be aware of the new protocol that we have put in place. 1. We will pre-screen you when booking your appointment. 2. We ask that if you become ill before your scheduled appointment that you please reschedule your appointment. 3. Only clients with services will be permitted in the store. Please do not bring children or any other people with you if they do not have an appointment. ... 4. We ask that you call us when you arrive in the parking lot to let us know you are here. We will let you know at that time if we are ready for you to come in. If we are not, we will ask you to wait in your car. If you did not arrive by car , wait outside the door until we are ready to see you. We will call you when to come in. 5. Please wash your hands as soon as you enter the store. 6. All clients are required to wear a mask while in the store. If you do not have one we can provide one for you at a cost of $1.00. No exceptions. 7. Please do not handle any of the nail polish bottles. Our staff will provide the colours to you to look at. 8. Please bring and wear your own flip flops when having a regular pedicure. 9. Please be on time for your appointment and be aware that short wait could be possible. We will do our very best to be on time and not to keep you waiting 10: Bring only essentials in with you. Bring only your flip flop, phone and wallet if possible. 11. No waxing is permitted, for now. 12. All of our stations and tools will be thoroughly sanitized before each client getting service. 13. For payment, same as usual, cash, debit, or e-transfer, tap machine is available. We ask that you are patient and considerate as we reopen our doors. We have put in place what we feel are proper shields and proper procedures to keep our clients and staff safe. If you feel that there is something we can improve on we would appreciate that you address us, Tai or Alan, directly and we will do our best to improve our processes.
