Hey crew, just an update - we will be continuing with outdoors and zoom classes but will likely not returning to the studio next week. I will text everyone registered with your options. Stay healthy and safe everyone.

What a FANTASTIC first day of our November fitcamps! Both the 9am and 5pm met outside (with a couple over zoom) to enjoy the beautiful weather. Being flexible to the location and weather changes seems to be key! I had even set up a nice, bright and warm backyard location for the 5pm group and we were enjoying the park so much we stayed there . Excellent effort, sweat and support today - thank you for attending!

Hey fitness crew, take a look at our indoor space and how safe we will be! We are continuing to limit indoor class sizes and will email you additional protocol this weekend. Remember zoom and outdoor classes are also available if that is a better fit for you. New learning curve again for us but we will do this together.

Zoom options, indoor options and even a couple outdoor options to keep us moving in November. Registration email comes out tonight. Accountability is key as we experienced cooler weather so let's do a couple days a week together.
