Happy father's day to all the dads out there.

All of us could not have achieved what we have without the sacrifices, guidance, thankless hours, patience, love, support, and so many other things that our moms have done for us. So from the bottom of my heart I'd like to wish all the moms out there a very Happy Mother's Day.

First and most importanly, we hope that everyone is safe and healthy! There appears to be a light at the end of the tunnel. The government has suggested that we may be able to reopen in May with the understanding we will need to follow guidelines set by our governing body (the Alberta Dental Association). Depending on what the restrictions and requirements are will dictate how quickly we are able to see your bright smiling faces again. We promise to try to get to everyone... as soon as we can, especially those that have had appointments cancelled over the past weeks. Please understand, there is a high chance that we will not be able to operate as we did before this COVID nightmare. As more information is released we will be sure to keep you updated. At this time please refrain from calling the office about booking appointments. We will reach out to you when we have more direction. Until then please continue to be safe! See more

Hello Design Family. I hope that you and your families are healthy and well. I just wanted to take this opportunity to update you with the most current situation as it relates to the Covid-19 situation. As you recall at the recommendation of the Alberta Dental Association we were mandated to postpone elective/non-emergent care and to treat only dental emergencies. This is an effort to reduce the potential spread of covid-19 to reduce the burden on the hospital system. As... of yesterday, the Alberta Dental Association has defined what constitutes as an emergency. As mandated, effective immediately "Emergency dental treatment includes treatment of oral-facial trauma, significant infection, prolonged bleeding or pain which can not be managed by over-the-counter medication." Fortunately for the most part these do not occur in orthodontic practices. This does not mean that we are not here to help you if you have a problem. If you feel you have a problem, please email us and we will do everything within our power to help you. Originally we were hoping to be back treating patients at the start of April. With the end of the month quickly approaching it is becoming clear that this timeline will not be achievable. We will be reaching out to you directly to discuss your appointments with our office. The promise that we make to you is that we will do everything in our power to get back to doing what we do. To our patients, you guys/gals are amazing and thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time. We truly miss each and every one of you and can't wait to see you again. As things change we will certainly keep you updated. Until then, please practice good handwashing and social distancing so that we can do our part to recover from this situation.
