We thought we would do a quick post on ourselves, the faces behind the C & A in our business name. For those of you that are not familiar with us, we are Charles Alexander and Angela Fleming. We both grew up in this beautiful little town of Dunnville and have spent the last 15 years building our lives together. We decided to take on this joint venture about 4 years ago as well as expand our family in that time. We now have 2 beautiful daughters, a growing business, and many ...other personal dreams and goals that we are slowly getting accomplished as the years go by. Charles is the person that brings all of our projects to life! He loves a good challenge and is the textbook explanation of perfectionist when it comes to any job that he puts his name on. Charles has many skills and abilities when it comes to the metal fabrication industry resulting from growing up in a family aircraft repair business. He also has spent most of his life working for his families construction business. Therefore, he is also very well versed in many areas of the construction industry. He has always taken a very active role in educating himself on the latest and greatest in anything that he has an interest in. He applies this knowledge in a majority of ways in his personal and business life. He enjoys being able to apply his very creative side to all aspects of his business. A little about myself. I am the one that you are communicating with when you inquire on our products. I am also the person that takes all of the custom orders and does alot of the design work involved in our custom projects. I have spent 13 years working in the banking industry. When we started discussing taking on this business venture, I had no idea that I would soon discover a creative side in myself that I didn't know that I had. I have had the ability to apply my 'outside of the box' thinking skills from my career to our business in order to add a more creative side to everything we do. Although it isn't always easy, together we make a great team! Every product that is produced always has 2 sets of eyes reviewing it to ensure that it is absolutely perfect before it leaves the door. The latest transformer project to leave the shop. On this job we fabricated a custom steel transformer protection cage, finished in a beautiful powder coat.
