There is much orches...trated chaos and fear being sown within the thread of society. Nature is immune from such mental shackles. Within it you can detach from the noise of the collective ego of fear and stress and re-enter the space of heart and joy. Just take time to sit upon the earth and notice. Feel her energy embrace you. Watch the trees swaying gently in the breeze. Touch them and close your eyes. Feel their gentle energy. Listen closely to the birds singing. They are ever happy just to be alive. So simple it is but so many of us remain too distracted to just take a moment and absorb this precious gift which is everywhere. Even in the sky right above our head. Please take a moment and just breathe deeply and slow down enough to notice the love and beauty of creation all around you. It is patiently and quiety waiting for you to return back to your childlike sense of wonder and joy. It is whispering to your soul to smile at what a marvelous piece of creation you are intimately a part of. Waiting to share its energy with you.
