When there are multiple laws intersecting in a space, there can be no simplistic analysis and solutions. It takes work to address the relevant issues and is not avoidable.

An example of bringing the profession into disrepute. Unfortunately, some consider this sort of submission to be doing their job. There is nothing I know of which supports the position that causing harm or neglect is included or permitted in a contract. The concept that one goes to Court over supplying soap and toothbrush to kids is mind boggling.

Any plastic waste crossing the border of any of the 186 signatory countries will be subject to customs inspection and consequences. Which means even if a country is not a signatory, they will be affected if their plastic waste crosses the border of a signatory country.
