Exciting news! Our production/distribution providers are opening a new fulfillment centre in Ontario, when previously the closest was in New York! What does this mean for you as a customer? We were lucky enough to be introduced to @chloebellerbymh via Twitter a few months ago, and she has been awesome in helping us promote the brand, so we’re beyond excited to officially make her an ambassador! Here is here first post: People always ask me how to get through what they are going through. How to stop the mental pain they are feeling and battling with and if I am being honest there is no one answer. What might work for one person might not work for another person.... But one thing I know is... you have to train your mind to be stronger than your thoughts and emotions or else you’ll lose yourself every time. I work on my mind EVERY SINGLE day. And I have done for the last 3 years. I came off my medication, I stopped seeing any counsellors and I made the change along with the help of the most amazing people around me. That doesn’t mean to say I don’t struggle, because every day I battle with my thoughts. They never go away. Here it is: I recently received a message too be an ambassador for Destig Clothing and help raise money and bring awareness to those struggling and dealing with mental health issues. I myself have dealt with a lot when it comes to addictions and mental health so I am grateful that I can be a voice for people just like me. More than ever we need to come together and start building each other up inste...ad of tearing each other down. You have no idea what someone else is going through and we all need to be a little more cautious with our words and actions. You can't see mental health all the time, some hide it well and some fall apart but that shouldn't matter as we all need to do our part to be aware that everyone deals with things different. We need to TALK about our emotions and our struggles and be able to feel safe and protected when we do talk about those hard issues, we don't need to feel judged because our emotions may be wrong to others. I want to stand with you and help destigmatize Mental health and addictions.
