Bad breath can often be caused by what we eat ( like when that garlic toast you had for lunch made an encore). Brushing your teeth after a meal is the best way to remove any remnants of your food and prevent that bacteria from building up.... . Rinse with an antibacterial mouthwash. If you are suffering from a postnasal drip or allergies you may find yourself struggling to tame your bad breath but using an antibacterial mouthwash can significantly help. This will reduce the bacteria that are multiplying in your mouth and causing the halitosis to take over! . Floss, Floss, Floss - We've said it a million times but it truly remains as the holy grail you need to remove those bits of food from your teeth and gums so that the bacteria have less to grow on.
