Farrugia Wedding. September 26, 2020. Pointe-Claire, private residence. Shanelle and Zack. I’ve rewritten this post probably five times only because I’m trying to perfectly describe our wedding planning journey. I met this lovely couple at the wedding show last November when they visited my booth. They shortly after hired me to be their Day Planner for their upcoming nuptials for September 2020 in St-Adele. And then, COVID turned everyone’s life upside down. ... Despite all the uncertainty, they still wanted to walk down the aisle in September. For the last 4 months, my Day Planner services quickly turned into full wedding planning mode. The challenges and emotional rollercoaster we faced especially in the last two weeks only added fuel to our fire to make sure that this day would happen and it would be as special as they had hoped it would be. One of the perks of being a Wedding Planner is that we meet new people every day and create special relationships within a short time frame. I’ve had that privilege with them and their lovely families. I am humbled and grateful that I had the chance to work with the Noakes & Farrugia’s and helped make their wedding day come true.
