We enjoy our favourite Sunday Funday Stout with a homemade Pizza. We made a stout crust topped with garlic, spicy salami, crisp apple, blue cheese and arugula. Sunday Funday Stout Pizza Crust... : 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour 1 1/2 cups semolina flour 2 teaspoons instant yeast 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 1/2 cups room-temperature Detonate Brewing Sunday Funday Stout *Substitute unbleached all-purpose flour if you don't have semolina. : 1. Head over to your local liquorstore or come by the brewery to pick up a four pack of Sunday Funday Stout. 2. Leave a beer out on the counter so it can reach room temperature. You might as well crack one to enjoy while you wait. 3. When your beer reaches room temperature, mix and kneed all ingredients together until you form a smooth dough. 4. Cover the dough and allow to rise for 30 minutes up to 2 hours. 5. Preheat oven to 450*F. If you haven’t already, this is a great time to crack open another can... 6. Divide dough in half and form into two Pizza crusts. Round, Square, triangular, or what ever shape you please. We won’t judge. 7. Place on a lightly greased pizza sheet. For a thin to medium crust, bake immediately. For a thicker crust, let rise for another 30 to 60 minutes. 8. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and top as desired. Return to oven and bake for another 15 minutes or until the crust is crisp and cheese is melted. 9. Crack another beer, it’s time to serve your homemade Sunday Funday Stout Pizza. We recommend to enjoy it while it’s still hot. 10.
