We've got a great selection of wine and locally made mead by our friends from @royalcanadianmead. For those who haven't had this mead yet, it goes well with a (socially distanced) hike. @garethhall6

From Wednesday May the 27th we will be providing a take-out coffee service. Order at the front door, and pick up at the patio window. Wed-Fri 9-12 Saturday 10-2 ... For the safety of our community and staff, we are operating for take-out service only at the moment. We have chosen not to have customers inside the space at this time as we get to grips with the province re-opening and fulfilling our online orders. We ask that at this time to respect social distancing and avoid congregating in the patio. We've added organic all-purpose and bread flour to our delivery & pick up market. The organic all-purpose flour is stone milled in Quebec at Meunerie Milanaise farm, it is a sifted flour that has high extraction, with medium absorption creating a wetter dough at the same hydration levels of other flours. Bread doughs with this flour consistently feel less sticky, smoother and extensible The organic bread (strong baker) flour is milled in Saskatchewan at Ardent Mills. I...t is an unbleached organic flour produced by milling the top grades of organic hard red spring wheat. As a natural, unbleached flour, bread and baked goods will retain a natural grainy tan colour. 2kg/bag See more
