The Devil Made Me Q It

Reverse seared a couple of cold smoked steaks from @bulkcheese that were bang on perfect plus some crispy roasted potatoes, inspiration from the great @kenjilopezalt it’s all about the micro blisters!

Hot and fast #pork butt today. This beauty took about 5 hours instead of double that when cooking at 225. A coat of @prairiebbq Tumbleweed Rub is what the doctor ordered. The kids each had multiple portions so it must be good. #bbqlife #teamcharcoal #devilsdkt

A couple of sirloin steaks cooked over charcoal tonight. Steaks were bland, not from the seasoning or cooking but just bland meat but the rockstar of the show was the roasted cauliflower. Been roasting cauliflower this was for a couple of years now and it’s always a hit, tossed in oil then hit with salt and pepper, roasted at 400f for 20 minutes and bam. #teamcharcoal
