Had the pleasure of hanging out with these two on Sunday at the weeping wall. @mia.klause and I had worked at DHC for over a year and I learned Lot from her. I coached @k3plust for years through @calgaryclimbing and had the pleasure of him being our rope gun on the center pillar. Weather was perfect, slightly overcast, warm and no wind. This photo was taken in the center of the lower wall in the cave at the start of the second pitch. Early in, early out for the win!

The valley that wraps around it in this photo is of the 'North Ghost' River Valley. This river is what feeds lake Minnewanka that gives Banff its hydro power. Fire n ice. This route, Wicked Wanda in the ghost has been a long time favorite of mine. The wind rips over the very top and makes for variable ice conditions year to year, month to month and sometimes more frequently. The ghost is such a beautiful place!

4 kinds of donuts today: Double chocolate chip, chocolate and coconut are GF and Vegan. Chocolate and caramel and chocolate with sprinkles are GF. Free with a coffee today!... Why?
