Monthly Market Report Buyer Demand has been at record levels. This is putting upward pressure on home prices in our Detached and Townhome Market. From October to November in Metro Vancouver (2020) Benchmark Price for Detached homes increased +$15,000 Townhomes increased +$1,800 and Apartments have decreased $7,000.... Home Sales Up 22.7% from November 2019 and down 16.9% from October 2020. Townhomes continue to surge! Townhomes have been by far the most in demand home here in the Metro Vancouver Area. Right behind is detached houses Detached Homes are still selling quickly. Condo's are a little slower on the market. Prices have not dropped dramatically, however, the average time it takes to sell a condo is the same it takes to sell a Townhome and catching up to Detached!
