This is our PSA about charging chords Apple no longer provides a charging cord with the new iPhone models. This may make you want to save a few bucks and just buy a cheap cord from Dollarama or Walmart. But, we cannot stress this enough: Do not buy a $5 charging cord to use on your $500+ phone! Low quality power cords don’t offer sufficient protection from power surges which can cause irreparable damage to the motherboard of your phone or iPad. ... It is in your best interest to invest in a good charging cord. We recommend the Anker brand cords from Amazon. These are comparable to (and possibly better than) original Apple cords. Also, if your cord looks like this buy a new one., don’t wrap it in electrical tape

ANNOUNCEMENT!! We are very excited to announce the arrival of our newest gizmo: our new laser! You’re probably wondering, what’s a cell phone repair company going to do with a laser?? ... The iPhone back glass back is held on with a super strength adhesive which is almost impossible to remove. As a result, most repair shops have to rebuild the phone into an entirely new back in order to replace the back glass. This is a very tedious and labour intensive process which takes close to 2 hours to complete. The laser (a.k.a. our fancy new toy) burns the adhesive, leaving all of the other components in tact and allowing us to easily remove the old glass. How does this benefit you? The entire repair can be done in about half an hour, and at a significantly reduced cost. We typically charge $250 for a full glass back rebuild. We can now offer the glass only back repair for $120.
