Hahaha, this is great! As a physics nerd, I've always been fascinated with the science of Parkour. I've been teaching the physics behind the "why" we do things, and the "how" techniques work to my students for over 6 years!! Understanding how a thing works and why it works is just as important as being able to actually do it. Nice to see scientists are exploring it too. <3
