'Tis the season of giving - our homeless need our help staying warm. Devla Properties is giving back - our mission is to fill backpacks and our staff will be hand delivering them to our local homeless the week before Christmas. If you wish to join in the generosity and bring our homeless some warmth and joy, you can bring donations to our office at 291 St Agnes St in Azilda between 8-4 (Monday-Friday)... Items Needed: - Mitts, Hats, Scarves, Warm Socks, Jackets, Sweaters. - Portable Food (snacks and easy things to carry in the backpack). - Lip balm, hand cream, Kleenex. - Cash donations accepted (we will go buy items needed to fill as many bags as we can) *Devla Properties will be matching all donations made.

After a few too many shipping delays, the masks are finally here!! Seniors and those that are immune compromised - Call our office to arrange delivery or pick ups. We apologize for the delays.

If you are a senior, or immune compromised and can not find any masks we are donating masks to those in need. Please either call our office between 9am - 4pm, comment below or text 705-626-8306 to get your name in the list. We are expecting shipment within a week. We will notify once received and make arrangements to deliver.
