All, the Devon Historical Society & Museum will be closed at 4:00 pm on Saturday, December 12, 2020 and will remain closed for 4 weeks as per Alberta Government Regulations. We will update everyone in Mid January. Sorry for any inconvenience. The good news is we will still have the draw for the Christmas Liquor Basket on Tuesday, December 14 as planned. The Devon Historical Society's latest project is a 20 page Devon History Educational Colouring Book! We recently donated 384 books to every grade 1 and grade 2 student in 5 different schools. The remaining books are for sale for $5 each (cash or cheque only) at 6 locations in town. The Library, Home Hardware, Husky, Florida Pizza, 2Ravenz and Norma Dee's. Just in time for Christmas! The Alberta Museum Association has requested that all Alberta Museums close their doors to the public because of the corona virus outbreak. Therefore, The Devon Historical Society & Museum will be closed until we receive more information from the AMA. We will keep everyone updated when we receive further information. Hey Everyone! Devon Historical Society & Museum Annual General Meeting is tomorrow evening (October 11th) at 7:00 pm at the Library (side door). Come and see what it’s all about.
