To all of my clients, I am writing to inform you that I am closed for the foreseeable future. I’ve received notice from the College of Massage Therapists that two week closures are recommended. I will continue to reevaluate the situation until it is time to open my doors again. I am in full support of social-distancing to help flatten the curve of this pandemic. I look forward to seeing you when I reopen. Until then, take time for yourselves, work on some self care, try to avoid too much time on social media & spend time outside soaking up that vitamin D. Hello everyone! We’ve had an amazing summer, lots of cabin trips, ball tourneys and swimming! Come September this little one is starting preschool so my days/times will be in a bit of a flux until she get settled!... Things that make you go hmm !

Hopefully you got out to vote yesterday!! This is our next opportunity to vote and it’s a mail in one should be expecting anytime in the next 2 weeks! It’s a referendum to change the way our voting system works. Making more of a voice (if chosen) for local/regional representatives! Hopefully making it not so much of a voting out who you don’t want in but actually voting for who you want!! ... I’ll add in the comments a link to a quick questionaire that actually tells you in response to your answers what you feel is most important!! Way easier then sifting through all the info on different sites!!

Just completed an amazing course on kinesio taping. Can’t wait to start utilizing it in my practice! Have you ever been taped?? Ask me about planter fasciitis (sole of your foot) pain!
