Friday vibes Honestly, this is the best Friday in so long! I’m back at the gym this morning, motivated and ready to kick ass, and crush goals. In all honesty, I really let Covid and being out of work, and not having the gyms get the best of me.... 1st getting my job back literally made me the happiest person ever, I still can’t wipe the smile off my face. 2nd - the gym - it’s all about the mental health for me - it is like a magic eraser for my stress it makes me feel strong, mentally and physically. After a good work out I’m always so much more energized as well! 3rd - THE ROUTINE .... wake up, gym, work and repeat! With maybe a few other things in between. I’ve always been a morning gym person and I love that I can start my days this way again and get my routine back What are you grateful for this Friday!?? See more

Looking into 2021 like I got this Happy new year everyone

Oh hey Monday!!!

Lately, I see so many people posting about keeping positive through this pandemic, and how we should just be grateful for our health etc. It’s funny because not long ago, I did a poll and I asked if the first quarantine or this was one was harder on people and so many people expressed this time around was more difficult. I SEE YOU it’s much more difficult on me this time around too. It’s like we had something taken away, we realized how valuable it was, it was given back an...d then taken again. It doesn’t seem fair. It’s fukin hard. Seeing so many people post about keeping positive has made me feel like I’m doing something wrong. It’s made it hard to express that this bright vibrant flame that is usually roaring, feels like it’s out. My job is my creative outlet, and quiet frankly I’m running out of surfaces in my house to paint and rooms to remodel. I hope that seeing people talk about staying positive doesn’t make you stop talking about the difficulties going through this pandemic has caused. I hope that you know that just because you are struggling doesn’t mean you are ungrateful either. You can be both pissed the fuck off and still understand the rules but not like them. These times are weird, it’s ok to feel not ok, and it’s also ok to feel fabulous. It’s day by day. Just don’t feel like you can’t talk about the tough stuff someone else might need to hear it See more
