Our gravel roads are now accessible by vehicle but we ask that you only come during the mornings while ground is still frozen until such time as the roads are dry. Once the roads and parking pads are dry you can begin moving your units in and out. Note some roads and parking pads dry faster than others. If you have to move your unit and the roadway or the parking pad are still wet or soft please use our new free Access Assistance Program INTRODUCING OUR NEW ACCESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Each year we have some road and parking pad damage when owners try to move their units before roadway or parking pad are fully dry. To help out we’ve created the new free Access Assistance Program to reduce the amount of ruts’ and damage that occurs when owners try to access their units and the ground is still soft or wet. If you need to move your unit and the road or parking pad are in a wet or soft area. Please use our free Access Assistance Program. Our new Access Assistance program means that one of our staff will bring your trailer out to a gravel access point so you can easily hookup. We will be using a large skid steer on tracks. There will be no charge for this service but we do ask that you as the owner book ahead and also be onsite to supervise the hook up and movement of your unit. If your unsure ask There will be a $50 repair charge if you get stuck or create ruts without using our free Access Assistance Program. As for Covid 19 changes we ask that as much as possible use our on-line payment portal on our website at devonrvstorage.com or by e-transfer to our email address b at [email protected] Deferred payment plan. EARN a 10% discount on all accounts if paid in full on or before JUNE 1. Deferment Plan: Customers that need more time to pay can defer their payments on an 6-month or 12 month payment plan into three equal installments without penalty. Customer Restriction: Please only one customer in the office at a time. Tailgating continues to be a problem. Tailgating occurs when a person enters the gate area on a previous customers card. There is 10 second delay for the gate to close. We need that amount of time for a big rig to clear the gate area. To stop tail gating stop after accessing or exiting the gate area to allow the gate to close behind you. It will take about 10 seconds for the gate to close.

Just a note for everyone regarding the condition of the storage sites due to the unusual amount of rain we have been getting. The roads are holding up well but the grass is under water in many of the sites. We are doing our best to maintain access for everyone but there are some problem areas. If you are unsure about your site please give us a call and we can check on it for you. If your site is unaccessable, contact us and we will try to find you a dryer spot to park. If you... can give your site time to dry before moving your unit after a heavy rainfall we would appreciate it. If we tear up the grass we will have a hard time repairing it once it becomes a muddy mess. Let me begin by thanking most you for your cooperation this spring during the heavy rains. With the exception of a few individuals who opened the cones without permission your cooperation resulted in the yard in remaining in good condition. It has been noted that wood planks, blocks and wheel chocks are being left in the vacant sites PLEASE DO NOT leave anything on the ground in your site when your unit is away. Debris can damage the lawnmowers and potentially damage surround...ing units. Additional charges may apply if site clean up is required before mowing. Another area of concern is that we have noted on our security camera that a few individuals are not allowing the security gate time to close behind them before proceeding thus allowing someone to tail gate. Tail gating occurs when someone enters or leaves the site on your code without your permission. The correct procedure is to go thru the gate, stop wait ten seconds for gate to close, then proceed. Thank you in advance for your attention to these matters.

Our lots are drying out nicely with the fantastic weather, looking good for getting the rigs out of overflow winter storage and getting every one who has rented permanent sites settled in.
