Happy October, y'all! I love fall. The crisp air, the changing leaves, the excuse to drink hot apple cider everyday. Fall was made for me. I'm taking time off this October to enjoy the change in season with my partner @samssays and I. Can't. Wait.... I'm wondering what your favorite stay-cation fall activities are? The little details you don't ever want to forget

One of my dearest friends read me my astrological birth chart tonight. Any chance I get to read my horoscope in the Saturday newspaper or have my tarot cards read, I'm there. Do I put a lot of weight into these readings? No. But I do enjoy the exercise of thinking critically about my own actions, behaviours, and edges. I've come to realize that these interpretations can often be contridictory to how we see ourselves. Human beings are complex. Some of us are assertive in busi...ness but timid in love. Others are in a constant flow state while another may crave to know what life will look like in five years. As humans, we evolve and grow throughout our lives, facing challenges that help us to learn. Time is curious. Even without a compass I am appreciative for the lessons I continue to learn. The stumbles I continue to take. & the unearthings I continue to discover. Even though I don't have all of the answers. : the incredible @theresamorphyphotography

When was the last time you had a piggy back ride? There is something spectacular about them that makes you feel like a kid again. I think the last one I had was university frosh week after one too many wobbly pops .

Mama, I'm you're #1 fan.

I haven't seen my mom since December and my dad since January. When COVID hit, Nova Scotia (where I'm from) imposed strict quarentine and visitor restrictions. And for good reason. The last update I heard was that the province only had one case. Meanwhile here in Toronto we aren't doing so well. The pandemic has been tough.... I miss my family every single day. I was so glad when Jon and Rachel wanted to do their family shoot down by the lake. Somehow spending time them, by the water, made me feel at home.

Not even a little sun shower could stop this little man from smiling! Finally was able to get nanny in for some photos with baby roo. Took a few months but we got there! Nanny shared with me that when Courtney blew out her birthday candles last August, her only wish was for a baby. Now here we are, a year later, and they can't imagine life without baby roo!
