February 1st kicks off our "Show Your Love for Local" incentive. This initiative is sponsored for 2021 by Reflections Funeral Services and will be coordinated b...y the Vermilion Alberta Chamber. This draw will be held monthly, with the winner receiving a supper for four to various locations in the area. Rules & Regulations 1) Minimum purchase of $50 (before tax) made in the current month. 2) Purchase can be made from any business in the County of Vermilion River, Mannville or Derwent. 3) Receipts must be turned into the Chamber office in person (5038 - 49 Avenue, Vermilion), by email ([email protected]) or by text (780-853-6593) by midnight on the last day of the month. 4) Only 1 entry per receipt. 5) Draw barrel resets every month. 6) Draws will be made live on the Chamber Facebook Page on the first of every month. 7) Winners will be contacted by Reflections Funeral & Cremation Services Ltd. to arrange meal details. The Dewberry Mustangs are proud to announce they will be hosting Chuckwagon races on august 15-16 at the Dewberry race track and sports grounds. All covid guide... lines will be followed as per Alberta rules and there will be ample vehicle parking around the race track with limited seating in the grandstands. A couple local boys will be ripping up the track with World and Calgary Stampede Champ Kurt Bensmiller headlining the field and joining him will be youngster Cruise Bensmiller along with drivers from the WPCA and CPCA. Covid has turned the world upside down,but through it all one thing remains strong, and that’s the love for the horses. Come cheer for them and the drivers on august 15-16. See more
