BootyWORK Wednesday Tag a friend and try this circuit out to feel your glutes light up. #sweatrinserepeat 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest between each move. REPEAT 4x 1 Squat with pulse at bottom and lift only 1/2 way up. Brace your core, engage glutes at the bottom range of motion and drive through your heels.... 2 2 Chair Squat side walks with jump squat after each direction. Absorb your landing with bent knees, when moving laterally do not lean your torso to the side - instead keep your hips level and use your gluteus medius. Put your hand on your booty and feel that muscle engage as you take your steps. 3 Glute bridge with elevated shoulders (on bench, chair or couch) Weight should be in your heels, brace your core and maintain neutral spine to protect your lower back. 4 Donkey kicks with hold at the top. Stack shoulders over wrists and hips over knees, keep a tight core and level hips. Squeeze and the top on the motion and resist gravity on the way down. . Comment if you try this!
