As of today's announcement by the NB Government private Physiotherapy clinics are permitted to reopen!! Starting Monday the clinic will be opened and accepting new patients. There are several guidelines that the clinic must comply with to ensure the safety of our patients. ... If you have been struggling with back pain or any other aches from all the extra time around the house, now if the time to kick start your recovery!

We are happy & hopeful to hear of the new guidelines provided by Premier Higgs & Dr. Jennifer Russel this afternoon. . . Effective immediately the following ca...n occur: *low risk outdoor spaces can reopen (I.e. parks, beaches & golf courses) as long as physical distancing measures can be maintained. *fishing & hunting seasons can resume *households can choose to spend tome with one other household without physical distancing. The 2 households can not be interchangeable. *religious outdoor services can occur if members stay in their vehicles and their vehicles are 2m apart. *post secondary programs with hands on requirements allowed with strict controls. . . Physical distancing, physical barriers, hand washing & masks are to be part of the new normal. . . All measures can be quickly reversed if certain criteria are not met. 3 unlinked community cases within 6 days will cause all public health restrictions to be reimposed. . . The next phase of reopening could occur in 2-4 weeks which will include the opening of Physiotherapy clinics, massage therapy clinics, chiropractic clinics, gyms, hairstylists & churches. This phase will be triggered once the province can go 3-4 weeks without a new wave. . . NBPA will be working closely with CPTNB & the province to provide recommendations to our members regarding reopening private clinics when appropriate. . .
