Dhabas sous chef, Siri, is a tandoor master with over 20+ years of experience. Making 40 naans for one order is no big deal for him, as he goes into overdrive. In a typical night, he makes 200+ naans; plain, butter, garlic, peshwari - you name it! Dhaba also serves other Indian breads like tawa naan, Kerala paratha, bhatura, roti & puri.
