Diwali (the festival of lights) is the 5 day festival that is celebrated by Hindus all over the world. On Diwali, diyas light up the night in everyone's home as a symbol of light over darkness. Maha Lakshmi is worshipped on this night because she is known as the Goddess of wealth, prosperity, and good fortune. "Awo awo Maha Lakshmi Awo." - O Maa, come join us on this auspicious night as we worship you. Light up our lives and our homes with your grace. Come Maa Lakshmi, Come. #diwali #diwali2020 #lakshmi #mahalakshmi #lightoverdarkness #goodoverevil #goddess #prosperity #hindu #blessings #dccm #festivaloflights

Please join with our congregation as we celebrate the incarnation of Lakshmi Ma as Radha Rani. It is believed that Radha ji’s grace is needed to get devotion to Shri Krishna. The story of Radha and Krishna's love is incomparable to any love story lived on earth and shows that love is not bound by contracts, love is selfless, eternal and pure. Join as we celebrate the birth of this love.

Seeta Ram all, It's that time of the year again...our 11th annual golf tournament! This year it is on Saturday, August 29th at the Grand Valley Golf and Country Club. Please feel free share to family and friends as it is a great way to get out while following the Covid-19 guidelines and supporting the temple. #temple #fundraiser #organization #golftournament #dccm #hindu #mandir #donate #sponsor

Bhagwan Krishna has arrived. Sri Krishna is the 8th avatar of Lord Vishnu and is known as the Supreme One from his narration of the Bhagvat Gita. Krishna Janmashtami is widely celebrated as it is the eighth day of Krishna Paksha (darkening fortnight). Hence, it is celebrated at midnight because he is believed to be born on a dark and stormy night to cure the earth from all evilness. For this, we celebrate the festival with Bhajans, dances, pujas, Aarti and welcoming our bel...oved Krishna as we commemorate his birth. "Vasudeva Sutam Devam Kamsa Chanoora Mardanam Devaki Paramaanandam Krishnam Vande Jagat Gurum." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I bow to Lord Krishna, the son of Vasudeva, who was the cause of mother Devaki's immense happiness, and the one who killed the wicked Kamsa and Chanoora, and who is the supreme teacher of the universe. #krishnajanmashtami #krishna #harekrishna #hindu #temple #mandir #srikrishna #radhekrishna #blessings #flute #peacock #vasudeva #dccm #hinduism #religion #divinity #krishnaji #devotion #lordkrishna #pujas
