What can I say about this man. He is committed, knowledgeable, and patient. I have learned a great deal about how the body works from him. If you are reading this, like you I was under the impression that I did not require a personal trainer, like you I just felt as long as I get in the gym and train hard, the pounds would come off. A bit about me. I know it don’t look it , but I am a cardio fiend, never had any issues when it came to that. Can play pickup Basketball ...for hours, run the track if need be, no problem!! Howeve, never enjoyed a Minuit of weight training. I am glad to say, that is no longer my views on weight training, I now realize my mistakes. Randomly going to the gym without a plan and working out on anything I felt for that day did two things. 1 - It resulted in body imbalances 2 Eventually getting hurt due to the imbalance or getting bored and frustrated from the lack of results. Through my discussion with Sukwinder I have discovered a number of things, first and foremost, rest is just as important as the work out. I have discovered the body’s adjustment mechanisms, and why playing basketball for hours every day does not necessarily result in a lean body mass index. I have also discovered the nervous systems has to adapt and recover as well as the muscles, and that it takes 3 days for this if you go heavy, and although I understood the importance of diet, I really did not clue in to the type of foods and how much calories I was putting in daily until he recommended I track my daily caloric intake. With a five min body assessment, the man was able to pin point my imbalances and create a work out Plan. I am on my third week of my plan, which is a basic plan to address my postural issues, which largely stem from my previous work out habits. I am glad to say I am neither bored or frustrated. I will say this much, from all that I have learned from him, the best thing is that, this is not a sprint but a marathon.
