Working on our catching today. Started with long toss, then got into 3 drills. 1st was a wrist weight and bare hand receiving
.....and last but not least was the don’t squish the bug drill
2nd was the flamingo drill.
3 new drill tonight in the garage. Working on a balanced load, good bat path an not squishing the bug. Here’s balance and bat speed with @exitspeedswing
Another 3 drills for the garage grind today. #exitspeedswings to start. Then on to the flamingo drill followed by the don’t squish the bug drill.
