Tuesday Life Tip When people show their true colors that's a good thing. Now you know what they are really like. This year was tough, but use it as a lesson. As this year comes to an end, and the next year is about to start, make the right adjustments. ... Let go of the wrong people (you know the ones I'm talking about). Make space for the good people. Tuesday Tip I don't know why 1,200 calories is the "magic" number of calories women should consume if they want to lose weight Just to give you an idea ... My weight right now 118lbs My BMR (amt of calories I burn while I am inactive (like sleeping) 1,200 cals In order to just maintain my weight I need to eat 1,900 cals In order to lose 1lb per week I need to eat 1,400 cals Sooo right off the bat, if I am only eating 1,200 calories a day, I am withholding the nutrients and energy my body needs to do the bare essentials. And when our bodies don't get enough food, in general, our bodies begin to store everything you eat instead of burning it. Hence why if you're eating only 1,200 calories a day and still not losing weight this is why! Do yourself a big favor: get rid of the low calorie diet! Fill your diet with, nutritious foods that you actually like and fall in love with yourself just as you are today Love you, Coach D

Transformation Tuesday 1st pic 2007 Last pic 2017... Transformations don't happen over night. From the first pic to the last I had ALOT of ups and downs. Personal and physical challenges along the way. One thing I never did was give up. I was never always motivated but I was committed and always remembered my why. If I messed up I just got right back on track! My point of this post...
