As most of you have herd the recent news related to covid 19 and the new restrictions here on PEI. Not too much has changed for us groomers as of yet except everything is by appointment only even nails if you would like your dogs nails cut please give us a call at 902-368-1500 and book a appointment for that. Please make sure you show up on time for you appointment and when coming back to pick up your animal this way we can minimize having 2 clients in at once. If you need to cancel or rebook for another time please give us a call at the shop as well. Thank you to all our clients who have stuck by us during these uncertain times and let's get those pooches ready for the holidays !

Good morning everyone! We just wanted to let everyone know that we have received notice that Kennel Cough is making it's rounds around the Charlottetown area. Vets have been treating dogs that attend Upton park so please watch your dogs for any symptoms of Kennel Cough. If your dog is showing symptoms of Kennel Cough please keep them home and away from other dogs until they have had no symptoms for a minimum of 10 days and we will gladly reschedule your appointment for a late...r date The health and safety of all dogs in our care is always our number one priority. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for their patients during this time, I understand it's frustrating having to wait a month or more to get in for your appointment but I am doing everything I can to squeeze as many dogs/cats in in a run of a day with still trying out best for 1 family in at a time which brings me to point #2 normally it's great when you show up early but please try to refrain from sh...owing up very early as I'm booking the appointments pretty close together but enough time to finish up clean the shop and sanitize for the next client to come in! We are now booking for July 14th and on so just under a month ! If your booked in and and can't make your appointment or found a appointment sooner please please let us know so we can get someone else from the cancellation list in earlier.
