THESE ROASTED GARLIC MUSHROOMS ARE SO POPULAR. I WAS ASKED TO REPOST Remember to save it to your timeline for future reference, hit the share button so you'll ...always have this recipe available! Ingredients: 16 even-sized open cup mushrooms, stalks cut level 3 tbsp corn or vegetable oil 1/4 c unsalted butter, softened 3 cloves garlic, chopped very finely 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1/4 c fresh breadcrumbs Directions: Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6. Lightly fry the mushrooms, cap-side down, in hot oil for 20 seconds. Arrange the mushrooms in a shallow roasting tin with the stalks facing upwards. Mix together the butter, garlic, thyme, lemon juice and seasoning. Spoon a little garlic butter on to each mushroom, then lightly press the breadcrumbs on top. CHICKEN CABBAGE STIR FRY -- Best ever.. Tag yourself ... DO NOT lose this Ingredients ~ 3 chicken breast halves ~1 teaspoon vegetable oil ~3 cups green cabbage,... shredded ~ 1 tablespoon cornstarch ~12 teaspoon ground ginger ~14 teaspoon garlic powder ~12 cup water ~1 tablespoon soy sauce Directions 1. Cut chicken breasts into strips. 2. Heat oil in a frying pan. 3. Add chicken strips and stir fry over medium-high heat, turning constantly until done. 4. Add cabbage and sauté 2 minutes until cabbage is crisp-tender. 5. Mix cornstarch and seasonings; add water and soy sauce, and mix until smooth. 6. Stir sauce into chicken/cabbage mixture. 7. Cook until sauce has thickened and chicken is coated, about 1 minute. 8. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours. .. Share The Awesomeness .. Tag to save ..
