2020 canceled some plans. Alot actually. Weddings were postponed. Newborn session became family sessions, and some family sessions were canceled completely. But the love wasn’t canceled. The babies were born. ... The grads still celebrated, And milestones captured. Even if it was just in our hearts. I was lucky enough to be able to capture first moments as families, and even last moments for some One simple snap, one little image. Lasts forever. Even when the moment does not. That image can bring you right back to the memory of that moment. A moment with a loved one that may no longer be here, or a memory of your baby, no longer a baby. A moment otherwise forgotten. Looking back at an old photograph can bring me right back to my Grandmothers kitchen. I recognize her teacup, the old photos on her fridge and can even feel her wrinkled hands holding mine. Every single click of my camera documents a part of history for the future. Your families history, your children’s future. So although my camera will be taking a little break, don’t let your family moments. Enjoy them, as they are fleeting, and wont last forever. But a photograph does.
