More good news for 2020 - we are moving into cold and flu season in the coming weeks. Here is what you need to know about the flu vaccine this year: 1) All New Brunswicker's are now eligible to receive a flu vaccine free of charge.... 2) Pharmacists can administer flu vaccine but only to patients 5 and older. 3) We expect flu vaccine to arrive in the first week of October. 4) Given the requirements for social distancing and cleaning protocols required between patients we will be taking appointments for flu shots this year. Please call the Pharmacy at 622-3511. We will accommodate our patients on a walk in basis if workload allows, but please call ahead to ensure you do not have to wait. 5) Patients are required to complete a consent form ahead of time (available in store and attached to this post), wear a mask to their appointment and although we say it every year - wear clothing that makes access to the upper arm easy to achieve. 6) For those business's that we have provided flu clinics in the past we will be happy to try and honor our commitment to you again this year Any questions please feel free to call us at the store.
