Due to the impending storm, our office will have a delayed opening for tomorrow February 8th. We will assess road conditions at 11:00 am and if cleared, we plan to re-open for the afternoon. Some great tips for keeping your mouth healthy during the pandemic from the British Columbia Dental Association!! Lots of time at home definitely could mean more snacking - so- extra care with brushing and flossing daily is super important! Here are some additional tips: 1) Make sure you floss before you brush to maximize removal of that yucky plaque from your teeth and gums! 2) A toothpaste with fluoride is always recommended on a soft bristled toothbrush! ... 3) Make sure to brush twice per day and floss at least once! 4) Limit the amount of sugary drinks you have each day and if you choose to have some, make sure it’s either at mealtime or you follow it up with a good swish of water to rinse out any left behind sugar!
