This statement works both ways. With all that is going on in our world right now, there are many emotions/feelings coming to the surface. Not everyone is being nice to their fellow humans beings. When you see people act out or be mean to others or yourself, it is coming from a place deep within them, a place they may not even know exists. We are mirrors to each other and can learn alot about ourselves by observing how we feel/react when someone else is challenging us.... I believe it is our responsibility to treat everyone with kindness and compassion, regardless of the situation, we don't know what is going on in their life any more than they know what is going on in ours. This doesn't mean we don't stand up for ourselves or what we believe in, we just do it in a more kind and compassionate way.

When we heal our past traumas or set new boundaries that honor ourselves, our energy changes. When our energy (frequency/ vibration) changes, in response to that change, things/people around us change.

How others treat or see us has nothing to do with ourselves, it is about them. Same goes for how we treat others, it's a reflection of how we see ourselves.
