I hope this post finds you and your family healthy and safe. In my 30 years in business, 2020 has surely been the most challenging one for me. In mid-March I closed my studio doors and began staying at home like most of you. I listened news and tried to make sense of new normal. From March to May I tried to find common ground with my landlord at my old studio location. They were not interested and did not give me a rent break nor were they willing to apply for the Commercia...l rent relief provided by the Canadian government. I had no option but to close the studio at the end of May. I have been working from homeproviding services as much as possible. It’s been tough with many challenges. I always pride myself on my old-school, hands-on customer service approach. As we begin the holiday season, I want to thank you for your continued support. Good news On January 1st 2021 I will be serving you from my new studio location which is at 1801 Welch Street at unit 201, North Vancouver. In the meantime, I will still continue to: Transfer all old video, film photo and slides into digital format. Print archival photographs on special photo papers, canvas and metal. Please order early. To ensure arrival on time I still offer fast, free pick up and delivery. I do all pick ups and deliveries myself to avoid delays with delivery companies during this holiday period.
