It’s such a privilege to see the different styles, colours, materials, textures, and even to meet the builders themselves. Each area has design guidelines as well, so those differ from project to project throughout the valley. Build it and they will come! D

After years of coveting beautiful landscapes taken around the world in Landscape Photography Magazine, I actually got one of my images published there. I can't wait to print this and mount it on my studio wall here at home.

I've not experimented much with BW landscapes, but here's a decent attempt, I think. Posted previously in colour, this is Monument Valley in Arizona from our trip this past spring. We drove into this area thinking more of nothing, and I was totally surprised later when the light moved toward the horizon. So much beauty in the most desolate places... like the KOA. Ha.
