Meet Amy "Milou" Lu! Amy is our Senior Visual Designer, who is committed to crafting meaningful stories, brands, and products. She is often mood boarding, (exploring shape, type, and colour treatments), unlocking design and visual constraints, building visual systems, and thinking laterally with designers, researchers, and engineers to explore unconventional solutions for unique challenges. ... Milou helps clients communicate 10,000 words in one picture. Her latest projects include working on industrial User Interface Design, Interactive Design, HMI design, building visual concepts, in house marketing, video, campaigns, and design consultation for tech giants. Amy is known at Digitalist for telling stories across moving images, sound, and interactive mediums. When she’s not smashing balls at the tennis court, she is working on film and story-based passion projects! She finds inspiration by writing, designing, connecting the dots, and cross-pollinating from a wealth of resources. A fun fact about Amy is that she once made a dress out of elastic bands. She still owns a purple corded phone, which sits next to her Cortana. Sounds of the past keep her grounded in this zipping future.
