We are finally all caught up on our covid client backlog and are back to working our regular work scheduals. Prebooking longer appointments is recommended and we are still not doing any walk in clients. Michelle will also be away from July 18-26th and Celia is off from the 17th-20th. Have a great weekend

Thank you for all our clients who have been so understanding and patient since we reopened. The girls have worked extra hours and days for the last 3 weeks to get all the backlog of appts caught up. We are back down to working our usual days/times and have some openings available again for anyone who we havent gotten to yet. See you soon!!

For everyone asking about masks. If you dont have one, a disposable one will be available for you. Or we have reusable cloth ones for sale.

The province of BC has officially lifted the order for us to resume business on Tues May 19th 2020. We will be calling everyone who we had to cancel and who requested to be on our call list first. We will then re-opening our online booking up to everyone for the appointments left over the next 3 weeks. We will start making the calls from the current list this Sunday. If you were on the list and don't hear from us let me know in case we don't have a current phone number in ou...r computer system. If you are someone with a high risk medical condition please let me know and we will try and accommodate you at a time when others are not in the salon. Please remember will be working under new guidelines which require less clients in the salon, and time left open for extra cleaning and sanitizing. This takes a massive cut to our profits but requires us to be working more days and much longer hours . Be patient with us, we will do our best to get everyone in efficiently and safely. There are many of you and few of us, we can only do so much. The salon will be running differently with new guidelines. Please read the notice below before coming in for your appt. As some of you may have heard, salons are most likely not reopening until the end of May. Trust me we are as excited to get back to work as you are to get your hair done. The salon may have to run a little differently for a while with new rules set by the government but we will keep everyone as safe as possible. I'm currently compiling a list of clients who had to be cancelled because of the closure to be called for first chance for rebooking. If anyone else is getting desperate and would like to be added to the list please let me know. We will try and fix everyone up as quick as possible and try to book the most desperate in need first. Hang in there! Stay safe! We are all in this together.

I will be in and out of the shop over the next few days resealing the floors and cleaning if anyone is in desperate need of products to get you through the quarantine let me know. If I have it in stock I can make arrangements to get it to you. Stay safe everyone. And please for the sake of all hairdressers out there dont do anything desperate to your hair!

Dimensions is now shut down because of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have no idea when we will be able to open up again and for now have cancelled the next 2 weeks appointments. Keep posted to our Facebook page for updates as information becomes available and we will try an accommodate as many clients as we can as soon as we are able. Dimensions is only open 4 more days before xmas. Theres one haircut appt left with Kara on the 23rd or our newest staff member Celia has a couple haircut appts left on Fri and Sat. If you still need to purchase gift cards or products we are open regular hours the rest of this week and Monday. Christmas eve we are open 9-1. Monday is also the sad day of being Linda's last day before retirement. She will be here 9-3 on Friday and Monday if anyone wants to pop by one last time to wish her well. Happy holidays everyone!

11 more days until the sad day Linda retires. Shes irreplaceable but we have Celia joining the team next week to help takeover some of Linda's clients. Also welcoming to the team Dawn is joining us from Aphrodite spa next door starting Monday December 16th.

Thanks everyone for prebooking for xmas appts! Theres only about 5 Saturday appts left before christmas so if you need a weekend let us know while we can still fit you in.

Just a heads up to everyone heading into the very busy holiday season. Kara will be off for a week in mid November and Michelle will be off the first week of December. Its recommended you pre book now to avoid disappointment as we are still shorthanded with Marsha being off. Also Linda will be retiring in 8 weeks so if you would like to see her before she leaves shes booking up quick. We are currently looking for a new staff member to help take over her clients in the new year. Happy Halloween everyone!
