A customer asked us for a Christmas Day catering drop off for his family. This is the menu he received in his email today. After he gave us the basics and finding out his family was Portuguese we designed a menu to bring those flavours and concepts to our (mostly) local ingredients. Hors D'oeuvres Caprese...
