*ANNOUNCEMENT FROM AMANDA* Hello to all my friends, family and valued customers... so with a lot of thought and consideration I have decided to close the Diner by the end of December month. As of right now the suspected date is about or around Dec 22-24th depending on how long my stock lasts. I wanted to give reason myself so it comes from me (Amanda)... As a lot of people know I work 3 jobs besides the Diner, (Teaching, Homecare & Looking after Kids) then I also have th...e Diner. As Amanda’s Diner is holding its own, because I have so much else in my life and am not able to be at the Diner like I feel I should be, I have came to the conclusion that something has got to go because I am not Wonder Woman lol I have decided it will be the Diner. As I will be there as much as I am able to before I close, I will look forward to seeing whomever chooses to come to eat or pick up food during my last week to 10 days left before closing. I would like to thank the students for coming just about everyday during their lunch and look forward to serving them for their last week before Christmas break. All will remain the same for the last days opened as we will still have cold plates available this weekend and next weekend being the last weekend. Thank you to everyone that has helped me in anyway this past 19 months of Amanda’s Diner being open. I would like to wish each and everyone of you a very Merry Christmas and soon to be a Happy New Year I wish for 2020 to be the best year of all for everyone. Take Care See more
